Those numbers are simply a reflection of SEC fans being real fans and watching college football religiously, whether our teams are in it or not, while most of your ilk are moved onto college basketball if your schools aren’t in it.

College Football 2025 was like my fav year ever and LSU sucked.

Imagine how insanely great the next 5 years will be with Lane wrecking shite. Its like having a second NFL.

Nielsen ratings changed the way they calculate viewers. Use the old matrix and see where the game ranks.

You had a compelling match up with Indiana being historically one of the worst programs in history playing for a title and fans in their mid 40s to early 50s remembering Miamis run. Also helps the game was pretty good.

GOAT team, GOAT game.

Or maybe, just maybe. It was billed as a close game and WAS a close game.

I give Miami props for showing up and competing/ having a chance to win it.

The last 3 or 4 were blowouts

Im sure theyd be great but yeah the new way of calculating them does make them higher. It makes them more accurate as well. Wonder if they can recalculate old ratings and compare them.
