He likes to piss folks off by saying shocking things and getting attention for it and if he pisses off some old white dudes that he catogorizes (often wrongly as well) as racist in the process so much the better.
But he does not hate all white people and think white people are a genetically inferior race to blacks - but he does like to incite the whites he thinks believe he's inferior.
Which for me is petty and shallow, but not racist.

Why would he have to specify “white”? What would happen if any ESPN employee said such-and-such school has too many old black coaches? lol Plus, I am sure that the Ferengis in charge at ESPN told him to cool it with the racism. Such a double standard.

Technically true but don't think they wouldn't call most white people racists for the frick of it.
