There are plenty of examples every week where QB's fail to even get the pass off

This is because they usually have minimal linemen blocking. Sure a good scramble could help but let’s not act like a successful haul Mary is some huge sign that shows the greatness of a qb

And Andy Dalton is right behind at 28%. Successful Hail Mary plays really aren’t a big sign of how great a qb is at all

I left him out of my starting lineup, because I thought he might be limited today.
Fortunately, I'm still winning.

Not disagreeing with you. I always looked at them at luck, but somehow Rodgers is way more successful at them than anyone.

The GOAT, was 0-7 on that list

Uh, did you even watch the play? Him scrambling was the reason it worked.

I'm not saying hail Mary's are a sign of a great QB, but to say the QB has little to do with the success of the play is just not accurate.

LINK

Don’t know how to embed twitter but Bears defender talking shite to fans prior to play was the one who tipped it

My god you LSU blow tards are ridiculous. Sure it's a cool ending but this was complete luck. The skins rushed 3. A scrambling QB with 5 blockers should be able to avoid that big rush and by time. He threw it 63 yards. I hope a young NFL QB can throw it that far. Hell even Jameis can chunk it that far. Does that make him awesome. It was a jump ball. No skill whatsoever and you idiots are making it out to be the best play ever.

Bluegrass Miracle….

Yep, I love a good Hail Mary….That was a great one, and so was this.

And there was definitely skill in getting it far enough (to the end zone) but not throwing OUT of the end zone.

That was an amazing throw!

I’m with you bubba

If he wasn’t a former lsu player this would just be “cool play”

Again, I say this as a huge lsu and JD fan

Luck? Some. Skins put a player behind the would be defenders for a tipped ball
Buy, not “ by “
The Bears rushed. Not Skins.
Right at 65 yards. Ball lands at the goal line
No skill heh ? He only darted in the backfield for about 20 yards looking for an opening

But it sounds like you know everything already

this was a complete mental breakdown on the part of the bears defenders/coaching staff.

That’s the main reason this was successful.

Everyone in here is acting like he made some insane throw. He threw a Hail Mary, it got tipped and a WR was standing in the end zone waiting on it.

Crazy play but that’s it.

It’s more so a frick up on Chicago’s part then an omg otherworldly play on redskins part.
