Nah, I think the current parimutuel odds are somewhere between 33 and 40 to 1 but the sportsbook still has 100 so it's good value to lock in

I was thinking of historical long odds at derby were the folks entering horses to buy an owners box for the day. CD does not discourage the practice as it adds to the purse but 20 horses in a race does not always allow the best horse to win. It is why I generally cap the very long odds horses on Derby day.

i just got back from OTB
have the #10 in win bet exactas, tri key.
and played a 1$ exacta wheel with the #16, not sure why, but he kept making me look at him, so i'll piss $9 away for a chance at big exacta payoff.
was in line, bet #3 in 3rd race and an easy $7.80 winner. and just had the Frenchman in that turf race. Everyone rides their asses off for the Ramseys.
