quote:
I thought that Del Mar turf was the best.
I was out there from 4am to 12pm today and it was miserable
Got home took a hot shower then took a nap
Woke up and the sun is shining and blue skies
No regrets not going today though, I was there all day last Saturday, all day Thursday and Friday. Eventually you get tired of the crowds, traffic, and weather. I was exhausted, just wanted to take a nap, been a long week

The one time Costas looks like a giant is when he interviews a jockey.

Is there a radio station in BTR carrying the derby?

Castellano pretending he didn't spin gunnevera for battalion runner

imho javier is the 2nd best jock in the country behind mike smith. he was good enough where bobby frankel trusted hi with the ost talented horse in the 21st century ghotszapper. yet he never is on a real good derby horse.

He rode for us in the breeders cup.
Horse hated the track, though

Way to include Shea Leparoux in that interview.

Hence just seemed to have that one good showing in SunDerby.
Kinda the same story with Irap in Blue Grass.
I actually like Gunnevera alot.
Not sure what to think of classic empire. Breeders cup was crazy good speed number. but just decent in Feb/April.
McCraken's wins are nice, speed numbers are just ok.
I like Tapwrit.
Irish War Cry is a so interesting.
Gormley has some pretty good numbers.
Looks like alot of horses are hit or miss. Pretty open field really.
