So your best defense is to just hurl insults and throw out one liners without pretty much every giving any insight?

I'd at least hope that you can at least admit that much, that you basically just throw out the usual hate filled cliche terms and not much else. You gotta give me that much lol.

He's too young.

Today he tried to play too much like a handler and game runner, and not enough like he has super talent for. He'll find the right balance later and be an all time great.

I don't like him because he's a media hype job. They pronounced him the King before he ever won anything. And they protect him like he's the President similar to what u are doing. WHEN IT MATTERS MOST HE PLAYS LIKE shite!!! BABY shite!!!

best player in the game right now? Dirk or Wade.

Don't overreact after the playoffs he's had and say Dirk is the best player in the game just like you're overreacting to one game tonight.

Parker, to be fair had been pretty badass in his finals appearances.

Agreed, but using the logic some of these guys are using, if they want to be consistent, they have to say he's the best PG in the game.

You can't pick one argument for one situation, then completely change your tune when the same situation appears another time.

My point is that we see Lebron do great things in the regular season, we have also seen him do great things in the post season except for the NBA finals. Like it or not, he will not be judged on his career based on his regular season, 1st round or conference finals performances. He will be judged on what he does in the finals.

exactly

Watch Lebron comes back Thursday and throws down 40ish. He's been way too quiet this playoff series. Have the mavs just been doing that good of a job shutting him down or did he listen to the Jordan/Lebron talk too much and it went to his head.

if that happens, good for him. but, as of now, when i look back on this series in a few years, i will remember wade winning the title and his performance sticking out, not lebron's. we'll see if lebron changes that and finally makes his mark.

Ok I got ya, but who are saying he is better than Jordan? I keep hearing this but I have yet to see a person who is being serious and know the game say this. I just see people bashing away while "Lebron defenders" are just trying to say he is the best right now.

If Lebron starts claiming "elbow flare up". Then he is definitely done in most of the basketball public's eyes except for Lebron fanboys.

kobe was the best player in the league for a long time and he's put up plenty of stinkers in the playoffs and finals

he shot like dick tonight

if he plays well and the heat win, all will be forgotten except by people who will always hate him

great players find other ways to affect the game. Kobe snagged 18 boards in game 7 last year.

If bron cant get it going with his shot or within the offense... he should be killing the glass.

Exactly. They're so inconsistent.

I rarely see guys make the MJ comparison on here, and the only ones that do, no one takes serious any way.

But when guys talk about all the LEbron lovers, they bring up the MJ comparisons. talk about misguided hate lol.

Yep, he's done. Not a kneejerk reaction at all.

You are embarrassing yourself

What a pathetic game by Lebron. Say what you want about Kobe's game 7, but at least he played with some heart. Two straight NBA FINALS GAMES where he has been a non factor on offense and a coward in the 4th.

I don't even know anymore. I have always thought he'd have a chance to. He's the 2nd best player I've ever seen. But Jordan would never have a game like James did tonight. And I know they play different positions and Jordan didn't play with a guy like Wade, but James seem uninterested, passive, and completely out of rhythm. I may be misremembering, but I'm pretty positive that Jordan NEVER had a game like this in terms of his mindset and approach.

Now, I know Wade has the better match-up, and LeBron being a facilitator can be very effective for the Heat. But tonight was just shocking to me. LeBron passed up a wide open dunk at one point. Literally, a wide open dunk.

He played great defense, as usual, but his offensive performance was something I have never seen from him before.

Well, I have come to own up to my prediction that Lebron would go off for 40 tonight.

I don't know what to think...He just wasn't aggressive at all on offense

He passed well, defended well, and rebounded well, but was silent on offense..that can't happen

With Dirk at 102 fever, the heat should have put the Mavs to bed..

They let another game slip.

Game 5 will be special

I still don't see the Mavs winning the NBA Championship on the Heats floor... It ain't happening...It may take 7 games, but the Heat are going to win the series

How exactly??? i'm embarrassing myself because I don't think one game proves Lebron isn't the best player LOL. Ok, solid argument there.

Are you like the other guys and pretending that I defended Lebron's game tonight?
