Didn't look like he fumbled in the stadium. Looked like he literally threw it in the endzone.
I said WTF just happened? At worst it was a forward lateral
One of those plays that if he hangs on we say great job, he wasn't down. Honestly I think he got the call right.

Here is a coworker's scouting report on the Central vs Walker match up:
This week’s game is between the Central Wildcats (5-1, 1-0 District) and the Walker Wildcats (2-4, 1-0 District). Week 2 of district play begins in what is probably one of the top three districts in our area.
Central Wildcats (Sid Edwards, Spread Offense, 4-2-5 Defense)
Last Week 45-28 win at Zachary
The Central Wildcats are an offensive juggernaut. They have speed at every position as well as depth for days. They are a team that can put up a 40 ounce every time they step on the field. Their spread offense nullifies any type of rush by the defense and they use screens as well as quick slants in lieu of a traditional running attack. QB Brett Courville is a monster. He can throw the ball a country mile and has the speed to run under his own throw and catch it. Last week he threw for 200+ yards and a TD as well as ran for 100+ yards and a TD. This guy will give you headaches as well as his main targets RB/WR Gary Triplett and WR Jake Myer. They line up all over the field and will hurt you by ground or by air. Jake Myer also has a pretty good arm so look out for him in Wildcat situations or lined up at tailback. He is built like Captain America (6’3 200lbs) and is not afraid to lower his shield and run somebody over.
Walker (Dwayne Severio, One-Back Offense, 4-2-5 Defense)
Last Week 30-50 loss vs. Live Oak
We have seen the Walker Wildcats two weeks ago in a good outing against West St. Mary but what we have come to know is that Walker, although average, will tend to play up to their competition. They have a capable offense led by former All State tailback Carlton Perkins who can turn a 2 yard play into a 92 yard touchdown. Walker will probably give him about 30 touches per game and is not afraid of putting him in the Wildcat or have him returning kicks. They have a legitimate threat at QB with Tyler Lockhart who is a serviceable scrambler and has good arm strength. He will be looking for his main threat WR/TE Sam Montgomery down the field off of play action and try to utilize his keen route running abilities.
Key Players
Central Wildcats
#9 QB Brett Courville
#2 RB Gary Triplett
#6 WR Jake Myer
#21 RB Lamonte Janeau
Walker Wildcats
#4 RB Carlton Perkins
#14 QB Tyler Lockhart
This should be a shootout if Walker decides to participate. If not, there will be a lot of garbage time in the second half. Central does not have huge holes in their defense and usually pins their ears back once they have a lead. Walker will have to get to work early and try to control the clock with the running attack at home. The longer Central’s offense is on the bench, the better chance they have of scoring an upset.

Neville will destroy them, but you can see WO's new turf. It's 7 miles down Cheniere/Drew exit. It's not way out.

Is that someone else's knee? I ask because I'm sure video was more conclusive.

mmill - not trying to be too uptight here, but there's something that just doesn't sit right with me when an official is writing up reports like this for games.
I'm not an official but it seems to me that this is the perspective from a fan not someone who should be looking for offensive holding or defensive pass interference. I would think there is way too much to be looking at during the play to be able to describe the game in which your co-worker does.
Maybe I'm way off base here, but officials who are about to call a game shouldn't be giving out the keys to pulling off the upset.
I enjoyed reading the write up and would look forward to his reports every week. I actually think he is very accurate on Central. I think he is being waaaay to politically correct in describing Walker. Central is about to kill Walker and it won't be close at any point in the game after the opening kick-off.

U-High at home versus Capitol, now being coached by their basketball coach, who is 1-0 after stunning Dunham last week. We have more kids in our band than it appears they will dress out. Thinking my son might have an early evening like last week. Still not sure how they beat Dunham.
