Why do LSU students hate UL Lafayette? Is it jealousy of our university residing in a city that makes Baton Rouge look like a second rate city, void of any culture of its own? Void of any unique identity that isn't LSU?

Do they have some of those here? Yes, but the vast majority of the people here are nothing like that. You'll see SOME of that at bars like Nite Town or City Bar, which are terrible places. I especially don't see people dressed like that walking around campus. Go out to Corner Bar or Tap Room, along with quite a few other places, and you won't see one person dressed like that. That stereotype is literally one of the dumbest I have ever seen.

You'll never hear me say shite like that. I had a family member play for LSU, I have 2 people I went to school with currently playing football there, my sister graduated from there, I have numerous friends that went/graduated. I'm very supportive of LSU.
