You get a forceful blow to your goddamn pacemaker you probably aren’t too awar of whether it was a closed fist swing or a push. And you can’t see in the video either way if he has an open or closed hand, not that it mattered
It’s certainly not unreasonable for Faulk to see that scene and think that it was a punch and react to some punk kid running up on a friend who he knows is ill.

While it wasnt officially a "punch", Fisher kid definitely dug his hand into Kragthorpe pushing him away and Faulk intervened after that.
