Majority of games in a dome and against the worst division historically in the nfl. He also benefits greatly from the system he’s in. See when he went out, the saints were just as good without him.

Brady is the only current guy they included. Basically they only wanted two modern era QBs and they weren’t going to put Brees over either Brady or Manning.

Elway, Montana and Marino’s careers have a 12 year overlap and all three QBs made the NFL 100 team so I don’t buy that excuse. If any QB should have been left off the list, it should have been Elway or Stabler.

What is it? The all-time accuracy? Yards? 5000 yard seasons? TDs?

Look at it this way, Goodell had to rig games to stop Brees

I love Brees but Marino is an all time great QB
Marino was a better passer but he didn't appreciate a running game, so in the grand scheme, he was not as good as Brees. Marino basically had too much pride and torpedoed his team's chances of winning it all.

Brees is playing at a time when everyone is putting up big numbers.

Remember when Brees had 5 of the 6 5000 yard seasons?

Yeah, everyone wasn’t putting up those numbers when Brees was. Same with completion percentage.

Not the passing game. They won through more team effort.

See, when Brady went out the Patriots went 11-5.

Yep. He stands out even in this pass happy era.

What does this even mean? What does everyone putting up numbers have to do with an individual putting up more?

They each got to one SB.

Well Marino did play in a SB, he didn't win it...

So he doesn't have one...

bullshite! You must be under 30 years old to make such a ignorant quote! Marino was breaking all-time records when defenses weren't neutered like the defenses Brees has played against!
