Out of the three who is the worst?
Yankees team
Yankees fans
Bob Costas
I'm going Costas, fans then the team.

Ready to get swept by the Stros?

The lack of strikeouts and emphasis on contact is admirable in an era of strikeouts. But the lack of power is also a problem. Guards basically have to contact rally their way out of a hole. Nobody gonna come up with the Long ball

Same here, I can't help but forget when they harassed miles straw just for defending his own player.

Does Costas get paid by the word with a bonus for offbeat stories?

I feel sorry for Ron Darling.

Jose and Naylor have power but we need runners on before them.
While they may have had the worst record out of division winners and played in a poor division they still have one of the best record in baseball in the last few months

Well it's interesting. In 1949, the Yankee fan base was among the most admired groups of people in the world, second only to soldiers of World War II. That's strike one. A day game at old Yankee Stadium was the place to see and be seen in your best attire. Derby, dresses and suits. Indeed a bygone era as the pitch is in for ball 2. I believe it was Voltaire who once said "Every man is guilty of all the good he did not do". Certainly in a time of social media, the actions of one can misrepresent the soul of the collective.

Admirable. I'm inviting you to join the DAT for the ALCS. We need more optimists among our ranks. Tell us its not over if we fall behind 2-0 in the 2nd inning.

Costas again back handed compliments Cleveland

I’ll join, easy to pull against the Yankees

Are the Yankees fans still pissed at Straw for climbing the fence back in April?

The top of the 8th will be the Guardians best shot with Amed Jose and Naylor coming up. If we score a goose egg in the 8th I don’t see how we can score 4+ in the ninth.

I go back to Ramirez flying out with the bases loaded and 1 out. He put the ball in play, got you a run but that's the guy Cleveland needs to put the team on his back and he hasn't done it. He's the big bat.
And the decision to start Civale looms large. The bullpen has otherwise kept the Yankees largely in check. Would have at least been in striking distance.

yeah I think our Magic has run out but maybe the Yankees bring in someone we will hit all over the place, but we need to keep it at 5 here.
