But they suck arse now, so they'll get swept.
ETA: And what the shite does being the 3 seed mean in the West? That you're BARELY better than 50% of the conference?

Swept them in the regular season by an average of 15(8/18/18/18) pts. Butler played in at least 2, maybe 3 of those games.

It took a ridiculous hold to secure them reaching overtime at home against Denver when they haven't been to the playoffs in 14 years.
Excuse me if I don't think they're ready to take one off CC.

You do realize that the refs let both teams absolutely maul each other last night right?
They weren't gonna decide the outcome.

HOU was what 42-2 this year With James Chris and Clint. The ‘three seed’ was not even a 50 win team. if you take any team in nba history who performed like CC and put them up against any team in history who performed like Minnesota people would laugh and say sweep. If Minnesota gets one game it would be a great end to their season.

2007 Mavs say hello.

Not on the level of Houston with the big three. You can maybe count on one hand In league history the teams who have won 42 of 44 like that. Double digit margin of victory. They went over a month without playing one possession defined as “clutch” by the league.

And playoffs are a completely different animal.
I'm saying the Rockets will get passed the Wolves, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a long series.

I thought you loved Minn

That mavs team had a stretch where they won 38 of 40 games.
But don't let facts get in the way of your narrative.

TWolves would've gotten the 3 seed if Jimmy Buckets didn't get hurt.
They're 4-0 against them this year. Butler got hurt in the 3rd game against Houston at the end of the 3rd quarter, and the Rockets were currently up by 13 when he left the game.
Game 1: Rockets win by 18
Game 2: Rockets win by 18
Game 3: Rockets win by 18
Game 4: Won by 9. Lead by 24 at one point. Were winning by 21 at the half. Up by 16 at the end of the 3rd. They simply took their foot on the gas and coasted the rest of the way to win by only 9.
I don't know if they'll sweep, but the Rockets seem to match up really well against the Timberwolves because they've completely owned them this season.

I do compared to the others from 3-8. But 3-8 collectively this year is weak.

Well you got close. But my narrative stands.
You can count the teams on one hand.

And playoffs are a completely different animal.
Wiggins, Towns, Tyus Jones, Bjelica, and Dieng have never even been to the playoffs before. 5 of their top 9 rotation players by minutes played per game have never even been to the playoffs.
The Rockets are a veteran team from top to bottom. All of their rotation players have played in many playoff games.

I never said that
I just said I wouldn't be shocked if the TWolves make it a long series.
I fully expect the Rockets to advance though.
