Heat getting out of the luxury tax was the most impressive thing to me (says a lot about the trade deadline that this was the most impressive thing that happened)

Incorrect. Portland getting a 1st-rounder for basically getting to the floor of the cap space is the most impressive thing accomplished this deadline

Still shocked Toronto did nothing. They had assets and a legit shot at winning the ECF.

6 or 7 seed, wouldn't put it past them to face the Warriors in the conference finals. Or 8 seed and Rd 1 loss.
