No. A qb is half responsible for his own protection. Qb calls out and shifts protection. They can also throw the ball away. Some qbs are better than others. Russell Wilson is a perfect example. He’s always been one of the most sacked qbs regardless of his line.
Burrow is own record that he thinks sacks are overrated. And getting sacked on 3rd down outs no big deal.
