NFL has to do something about these weak arse "block in the back" calls. If someone is standing still and another person runs into them because they aren't paying attention then its not a block in the back.
Hitting someone who isn't paying attention vs them running into you is completely different.
Refs don't throw flags on themselves when players hit them due to not paying attention.
