I think is a fumble but by rule the hand was coming forward and I’ve seen that shite called a pass.

What’s the actual rule now? Refs determine intent? His arm is moving forward to have a pump fake and the ball goes forward. So it’s the refs job to determine if he was trying to throw or pump fake and keep it?

This Bills-Eagles game is over, I believe. I don't see anything from the Bills so far that makes me see that they can win this game.
If I were McDermott I'd empty the bench, pull the starters and just try to stay healthy for the playoffs. No point in risking anything for this lost cause of a game
