Tampa will get an easier schedule and better draft picks thru all 7 rounds. Baker was playing hurt so its just as well to not get more injured. They were not going anywhere and maybe Tampa can get a competent HC.

Bucs are getting old. I think if the Falcons can get good QB play, they can win the South. A lot of guys on Tampa are getting near the end of their careers.
We will see how it shapes up next year. Tampa wasted this year. Should have been a 10-11 win team and easily won the South with the Saints struggling and Atlanta doing what it does.
Bowles needs to go and see how things shape up. Need a DB in the draft too
