Jamison is one of the better 4s in the league offensively. He can score off the dribble drive, he has a post game, he can hit 3s, and he can hit from midrange.
JJ Hickson can ONLY dunk. All of his points either come from cuts to the rim or put backs. Hickson trying to create his own shot is a huge failure. They are really nothing alike

He has averaged at least a 3 per game for 6 straight years.
Like I said, he has a decent shot from outside I have seen him shoot, but I don't think Cleveland got him for that. I think got him more for rebounding, and slashing to rim off picks and feeding off Lebron for dunks, all of which Hickson is presently doing. You just traded away a big man that was in good rotation with Shaq because Sahg stays in foul trouble, but the main thing is you just got smaller against the Lakers length, but whatever.

well if that is true, then that makes sense, no, I didn't know that. I know Hickson is not a shooter, but I was more referrin to the rebounding, and inside game.

So let me get this straight. You don't like a trade where Cleveland got a 20ppg and 9 rpg player for their backup center (who they will get back next month)? Jamison has NEVER been a headcase. Cleveland STILL has Hickson as the starting PF. They basically added Jamison for a draft pick. The guy is the exact opposite of Hickson so he will provide a nice spark and change of pace off the bench. He is a really good 3 pt shooter, can stretch the defense, and will open up things for Lebron on the interior.
What exactly is there not to like about this trade?
