They reached on a one-dimensional speed rusher, IMO. He'll be a solid player, but I don't see him as a Ware type dominant force.

speed rushers typically are allowed to just wreak havoc and then you see if they can develop into a 2-way player
if ingram is just a pass rusher and he plays at the same level as in college, he'll be worth the pick
