If I were RR2 I would rather fall to a better team than get picked earlier by Jax or Cincy.
The money in the 2nd round isn't that big of a difference.

he's played a prominent role for 2 years, so i don't think it's lack of tape time
and the NFL knows our QBs suck dick, so it can't be that
THEORETICALLY, if our new WR is a lot better than gonzalez (who fricking sucked), he could have made a big improvement in technique

I don't think the extra year will make him more athletic at all, but his combine time was plenty fast, plus the fairly substantial boost in production would've offset anything else.
