Technically though he will still be subject to drug tests for Mary Jane by the NFL. Which is just stupid in a state where it is legal.

The NFL is a nationwide enterprise. They can't base their drug testing on a few state laws regarding marijuana. Especially when they need the federal anti-trust exemption.
