Experiences with the 99.5% of 'em - Nowhere near amusing. The Cowboys of the mid 90s thru early 2000s were at best entitled check-walkers (aka thieves) and at worst a bunch of lowlife rapey degenerates. So many just got away with a lot of terrible things. Have some friends with first-hand experience.
