Texans are not a terrible team. They are a functional qb away from being a player in the afc. Hell they were a player last year with an awful qb and no Watt.

Boy Garrett with Allen will be nice for Cleveland, go the Dilfer route in two years and get a serviceable veteran

You'd have to think, at the very least, they'll get more out of Watson than they were able to get with Hoyer and Osweiler.
