First person that gets eliminated gets 1 point, second eliminated gets 2 points, third person eliminated gets 3 points and so on... Whoever wins total points would be however many people were in the tourny.
TC, you would have gotten 20 points last week for winning.
If only 10 people play this week, the winner only gets 10 points.

With this structure you can miss 30 minutes and only lose 150 or so chips
