Everything I have ever created is in Excel. I have literally ran 100s of spreadsheets of the last 8 years or so, its fairly complicated I will try to explain it as thoroughly as I can later in the week.
Easiest way to start is find 1 website has all the stats you need. I like cfbstats.com and teamrankings.com.

I meant I like ULL -7 or less.
UNT is planning on running the ball and "pounding it out". I think they are gonna plan to keep the ball outta ULL's hands. Could be good for the under.
I'm sticking with ULL -4 though.
