TOP will be 22/8 at the half.

The QB is inaccurate as hell and scared to death of pressure.
Hopefully his nerves settle down in the second half, but man he sucks so far.
I haven't really seen Tech play this year so I can't really comment on how he normally plays. Bailey has been legit as hell, though.

I've said it before
Tech had to keep him as the starter going into the season. He had been with the program for 4+ years and knew the offense and maintained loyalty, if they had brought in another player to play QB, no recruit would ever trust them despite it being NIL era. It's a shitty situation

He fractures his leg earlier this season and has dealt with shoulder issues his entire career

Do you not have to be going forward when you go oob in college football in order for the clock to stop?

Morton has put up some decent stats this season, but a lot of that came against weak teams. I think most people, Tech fans included would tell you Morton was the weak link heading into the playoffs, and going against the best teams.
Tech is going to have to establish their ground game in the second half. Dickey, and Williams is a hell of a 1-2 punch, and their line is going to have to open up holes in the run game, for Tech to win this game.

This high flyin’ red raider offense appears to be stuck at 0 points. Is a deficit of 6 points with only one half to play an insurmountable undertaking for our ttech bros?

These teams look awful today

Can they not decline that penalty and just end the half?
Seems like penalty gave Oregon advantage

Their defenses look pretty dang good. Oregon’s offense has picked up a lot of yards, but Tech defense holding strong.
I’d say only thing that really looks awful is the Tech offense so far.

Official was incorrect. Time started at the whistle, not the snap.

Think a declined penalty would allow Oregon to run out there and kick a FG on the official's ready for play signal.

Each team's defense watching their offense:

But wouldn't that also scare away talented youngsters that want to compete for a spot immediately and know that the program doesn't want to put the best players on the field?
