Obviously Tech got propped up a little bit by a garbage Big 12, I mean Tech did lose to a not so good Arizona St. team, but everybody gotta admit their defense is legit.
Oregon’s TOP, and plays in comparison to Tech is such a huge difference, you have to give credit to the Tech defense for being gassed and still holding strong.

What is Lanning doing there? Going for it 4th and 2 midfield?
I mean they can punt it away and pin Tech inside their own 5-10 yard line. Tech hasn’t shown you anything all game Lanning to go for it there. Pin Tech and continue to light their offense on fire with your D. Now you give Tech possession at midfield. Disaster of a call from Lanning.

Lanning aggressiveness is great but come on common sense sometimes. Punt, you have a lights out defense, and make them go down the field because they won’t. Giving them this momentum is so stupid
