I don't know about you, Matt. You sound like Magic Johnson's son or maybe his boyfriend. But this type of stuff was pretty common at my YMCA U-9 league practices. Our coach would chase us around with a kendo stick and beat us until we lost consciousness. Our parents didn't think it was a big deal. My dad's coach used to throw live grenades at their practices in the late 60s, so I guess they thought he was going easy on us.
It really made us into men. We only went 4-12 in the league though.

Francesa is so awful. Sounds like Yogi Bear if he was trying to join the mafia. Is he asking for the coach to be fired? As you may expect, I think Rice should be fired. He has had a dismal record at Rutgers, and you know every coach will just show this 30 second clip to any recruit who is even considering Rutgers.
This is reason #9,412 why you shouldn't hire a coach because he had one amazing NCAA upset (or in Rice's case, a near upset).

We'll see which Hurley become a star in the next couple years. Could be both of them...but I think it'll be Danny first, but he just started out at URI. I would wait a couple years to hire him though.

Wonder if all of these guys laughing off Rice's slurs and whatnot would still defend him if they got smacked around and targeted with balls by their coach.

Straight up lies. He was never fired. His contract was not renewed because he asked if he could work a bball camp that wasnt affiliated with rutgers and they told him no. He went anyway and was let go when his contract was up.
Ill be super pissed if pernetti takes the fall, that dude bleeds rutgers.
