Abolish the Rooney Rule that rule does more harm than good and it opens the door for race hustlers like Ryan Clark to whine about fake racism

But Bienemy needs to go coach some bum team like the Commanders and prove himself before he gets a job.
Maybe he should take an OC job somewhere away from Reid and Mahomes and then maybe someone will take him seriously when it comes to being a HC.

When you listen to Mahomes and Kelce talk about their offense they always give credit to Reid for putting them in a position to be successful.

What is the acceptable racial breakdown of the players?

And if you think “that’s different” I would like to know why.

And how does the percentage of black coaches relate to the US population and percentage of blacks?

Like I said not a requirement for the white guys

Sean McVay has pumped out assistants who never called plays under him.

LeFleur and Taylor and OConnel didn’t call plays under McVay. Sirianni didn’t call plays under Reich

Nagy didn’t call plays under Reid either.

I think it’s because he’s black.

And it’s not that’s all thes owners are violently racist.

They just can help but get rock hard over some 37 year old white guy who had any kind of success.

There are reasons, or he'd been hired already.

for fricks sake, a team hired lovie smith this past year, so there is a reason, and insiders know the deal.

The sports not racist. Nothing racist about the game of football.

But old rich white people can definitely be.

Of course you do.

He keeps getting passed over in college and pro. . .because of skin color.

By teams that have hired black coaches in the past.

. . .because he is black.
