Saban is also the only coach to shut out the Patriots under Belichick.
Nope.

I can't imagine Belichick pitching his school to a recruit, he might be required to do more than mumble.
Saban is a great leader and great at taking kids and making them men. Bill is a GREAT leader of men. That's really all we know at this point.

Could you imagine if Belichick decided to go to college?
Posted on 1/16/16 at 7:26 pm to Methuselah
You're kidding, right? With equal talent, it's not even close. Belichick is light years ahead of Saban when it comes to Xs and Os. Saban dominates college football because he has better Jimmys and Joes than anyone else.

It's like the pros, only easier!
He would win 32 straight titles! In just 27 years!

The gap between the NFL and college is much larger than between the gap between college and high school. So is Saban a better coach than John Curtis??? Anyone who says Saban over BB is a fricking retard.

Saban over Belichick in college. I guess that I'll just have to live with your disapproval.

By everybody's logic, Harbaugh is a better college coach than Saban simply by virtue of clearly being the better pro coach.

How good would Bill be without Brady?
I thought it was the other way around on this board. Without Bill, Brady is a mediocre QB according to a lot of TD posters

Nick Saban is 2-2 against Bill Belichik with an inferior roster
That's right bitches. Do a little research

Look Saban is a great coach and elite at the college level; however, the one thing he has done is bring a pro coach system to elite college players.
A large reason Saban is so succesfull is the street cred he has as a pro football mind.
I wouldn't be suprised if Harbaugh doesn't start dominating college. He will have to compete with another elite college coach in Meyer though.
Belichick is the obvious choice. Saban would be in the NFL if he was a better coach than Belichick.

Talent is even? BB 4 out of 5.

Maybe. History tells us if BB has more talent though he only beats Saban 2/4

Saban plays checkers coaching college while BB is playing chess in the pros.
Saban has the best players year in and year out.
BB has to win on an equal playing field.
Recruiting does not equal coaching

Bill Belichik has a .500 record against Saban.
Posted on 1/16/16 at 8:49 pm to Riseupfromtherubble
1 of those wins was in a meaningless game week 17 in which the Patriots had already won the division and Tom Brady and the rest of the Pats impact players barely played and they won by 2 points.

So is Tom Brady the reason for Bills success or na? Thought this was about the coaches

Saban beat the Patriots backups in a game that was meaningless. Congrats.
Saban then watched Bill and the Pats in the playoffs from his couch.
