4 minutes is an eternity in the college game, especially with 3 timeouts. I'm not saying the particular plays are the best calls but you need to move the chains at least once if you are Purdue.

Burning a timeout off of a timeout isn't great for Purdue. Tough look if something crazy happens and Penn St scores and now you're down a timeout
