Patriots rookie Ben Woodbridge was 9/13 for 138 on the same day, yet no one cares.
Sanders goes 11/18 for 103 and the entire social media world is sucking him off.

Come on man, it’s “retire the jersey” when it comes to him

LeBron don’t want to hear this is just preseason
Hey LeBron, at least he’s earning his way unlike the son of another famous player

At the end of the day, NFL owners want to win, because that = money.
Does winning = money? I’d bet it has a pretty negligible effect on the bottom line. And I’d be surprised if half of the owners in all major sports in the US actually care about winning.
I bet most of them don’t care one way or another. A handful probably only care about keeping up appearances of trying to win.

I’m more impressed by how bad that Defense was in that play.

good for the underdog!
Deion is the biggest charlatan in America. It's actually pretty impressive how he's managed to manipulate so many people. Shows what can be accomplished when you have the media in your pocket.
Shedeur was granted every advantage in his that no one else has, including mentoring and personal coaching from Tom frickin' Brady. He started and played the majority of his first NFL preseason game

But yes, he's such an underdog.
In terms of projected depth chart, this is technically true?

Tanner McKee was 20/25 for 252 yards and 2 TDs last night against the Bengals. Jalen Hurts better watch out
But old Flacco is their starter, not Jalen Hurts

Take all preseason quarterbacking with a grain of salt

He backpedals way too much. He needs to learn to move forward or sideways instead of backwards.
I wrote old habits die hard because I saw this quite a bit when watching his games from last year before the draft.
He seems to have the impression that as Deion's son, he can just turn on Deion speed to escape, but he's not that person. But that's not a insult; just a fact.
It's going to be interesting to see how the snaps progress for the remaining Browns preseason games and how teams start rushing/blitzing him when he's playing. If he can handle the pressure, then we can start talking about how the other teams missed but that's in the future.

They don't care. They get paid billions win or lose. Everything is split 32 ways.

Bc I'd rather see people do well then fail.
