Ryan Day really did try to prove some kind of point in the Michigan game just trying to run right at the teeth of the Michigan defense instead of this kind of gameplay didn't he? If they played offense this way they probably beat Mochigan easily.

The point isn't who would get in. The point is that none of the teams outside of #1 have a valid complaint about not getting in. They all blew it on the field, except Oregon.
The 2004 Auburn team is probably the only team with a legit gripe in the last 20 years.
