I had a good friend in HS who later played college football. I had to scrimmage against him every day and when he stepped on the field it was all gas no brakes. Great guy IRL but he was a menace between the sidelines, even in practice and it didn't matter who was across from him.

My favorite was when Anthony Hargrove sent Kurt Warner into retirement during the playoff game.

That was Bobby McCray

And, of course, the NFL outlawed that kind of block.

As they should have. Now, players will just step in front of the defender to stop him, it’s just as effective and nobody gets CTE.

And here's the Eagles at it again -- only they picked on the wrong guy: Lawrence Taylor.

This is from a game in which Buddy Ryan wanted to send LT a message. The ill-advised bounty on Taylor did not work out well. LT: Message received, now I'll sack your QB on two straight plays then hurt him.

Pat Summerall and John Madden called it.

That’s great old school NFL video clip. I forgot how good that defense Giant defense and ho dominant LT really was. Blast from the past with John Madden and Summerall too.

My two observations from that video:

1) The eagles need to move back to those uniforms, Cunningham looks sharp in that uniform vs what he looked like in the Vikings uni.

2) Randall Cunningham is one of my favorite players from that era, I wish I would have appreciated him more when he was playing.
