Yep. Team is crumbling on the big stage. Hate to see it because you never know in baseball. In 2012, it was supposed to be the first year of many dominant years for the Nats. They lost that Game 5 in the 9th to St. Louis and that core never won a playoff series.
It's a little unsettling that this team doesn't look to be on the same stratosphere as a good but not great Dodgers team.

Is it just me or is Kershaw starting every batter with change up down the middle? If I am correct it seems like the Braves would get a good hack at one of them.

Bowman reported earlier in the season we had over 50 million dollars this offseason to spend. I do expect at least one big free agent signing and one trade for a major piece. The only position that is confirmed the Braves are trying to upgrade is catcher.

And yet the Brewers are better and they'd be solid underdogs to any of the four AL teams. Goes to show how far off the Braves are. I looked at this series as a measuring stick for where the rebuild is and unfortunately, it isn't close to done.
