Part of me hopes that they stay in the race and decimate their farm and youth for one final shot at a playoff series win before Harper jumps ship. They have some good pieces for the future that would enable them to avoid a full on rebuild, so it would be hilarious to see them screw all that up to make a run.
If they fall back significantly in the next 10 days, we might see them trade some vets for good young talent which is not something that I really want to see.
