I thought it was implied that by saying that Atlanta wants to host, I meant that Atlanta wants to be one of the most cities.

I did, but I don't think it's because they don't want what Marta brings. They just don't want to foot the bill (and given that TSPLOST wasn't looking at beginning construction on the 285/400 interchange until, like, 2020 or some crazy shite, I can see why none of the suburbanites would want to foot that bill).

I would love for marta to run to Cumberland. I always rode it when I lived in Brookhaven and now that I am in Smyrna it is a pain in the arse getting downtown.
