2019 LSU beat 5 of the top 8 teams in the country in the final AP poll.

Considering they were 1 that’s meant they beat 5 of the next 7 ranked teams.

Indiana can’t do that if they win the championship in a 12 team playoff.

Same defense that gave up 38 to 8-5 Texas, 38 to 3-9 Vandy and 37 to 4-8 Ole Miss is holding this team to 20?

I mean statistically speaking Indianas offense is on par with 2019 Clemson and LSU held them to 20 points. Also that Texas team had the #17 offense in the nation and was very good before the wheels fell off due to injury and being thrown off by LSU. I mean you can give it a few points but lets not act like that defense didnt absolutely kill it once they finally got healthy, held #6 scoring OU to 14 points in the first half because the game was over by then because LSU scored 49 points.

I didn't think it was possible for an entire state to have little dick syndrome, but Louisiana continues to set the bar for futility in this country. I can't believe you clowns actually care this much about something so irrelevant, it's absolutely pathetic what your state and it's residents pride themselves on

A team that lost to Houston would blow out Indiana... Lol this place will be on fire when LSU goes 8-5 next year.

Don’t forget they almost lost to Iowa and Penn State.

2019 LSU had tough games against Texas and Auburn. It happens.

LSU was up by 14 on the road against texas with 23 seconds left

Auburn was a top 10 team with the best DL in the country. Bunch of NFL draft picks. It was misty and the field was wet and muddy. LSU beat NFL star Bo Nix and had 508 yards of offense vs auburn 280. We got into the red zone yard line like 7 times and went 0-2 on 4th downs and had 2 turnovers. We should have scored 40 that game if the field conditions were good. LSU was up by 10 with 55 seconds left. lol

I agree it happens, except that Auburn team was ranked #9 and as was Texas when they played and LSU never trailed in the fourth quarter as opposed to Indiana who needed the catch of the year to win.

And shortly before that, LSU had to convert on 3rd and long to keep the ball away from UT’s offense which lsu couldn’t stop. Don’t even pretend it wasn’t a close game.

Auburn was a mediocre team. LSU was obviously better and it was no fluke that lsu won, but you’re again pretending that lsu won easily.

Yeah shortly before JJ made them look like a bunch of bums like you're looking right now.

auburn was stacked with NFL talent and was top 9 team and the field was wet and muddy. LSU had 508 yards of offense and played terrible in the red zone that game and had 2 turnovers and was still up by 10 with 55 seconds left. LSU had the greatest single season in college football history in 2019

Indiana beats Miami and I put them in the Top 10 all time. Just a dominant season.

Can’t be discussed with 1995 Nebraska when you have a 3, 3, and 5 point victory. Especially when two of those were against unranked teams.

This comparison won’t be complete until we can see who from Indiana and their competition make it to Sunday. Legacy plays a role here as well.
