I seriously think this offense utilize the WOs so little they all just tune out at points, so they aren't sharp when finally called upon to do something besides run around the field.

None of the replays showed it, but it looked like one of the Titans lineman pushed a Steelers defender out of the way right in front of Henry on that screen. Didn’t catch who it was but it might have been picked otherwise.
ETA. Just went back to watch it. It was Kwon Alexander. He sniffed it out and the lineman completely pushed him out of the way while the ball was in the air.

I feel like every game both the Steelers and titans have played this year has been 16-13 or so at some point during the game

I have no idea how NFL fans do it. The product is just so damn bad- most teams are average at best, a couple have a bit of wiggle, and the rest are just tanking and just starting over for the 7th out of 10 years. At least CFB has creative plans and crazy plays.

You just described every professional sports league.
The NFL has been great overall so far this season, especially the first few weeks. Thursday Night Football has been trash for years, so not sure what you were expecting tonight.
