How could he ever be trusted to coach a women's team again? Can you imagine the negative recruiting other coaches will do to him? "Can you trust him as the coach of your daughter?"

Can't come back from that, at least not on the women's side

Am I the only one who sees the irony of a Dr. Huxtable posting in this thread about womanizing and improper relations with females?

Conference USA article La Tech

quote:

“I spent so much time with Coach Tyler, like two hours a day watching and learning the vocabulary and watching other players,” Pumroy said. “There was so much extra time I had to spend doing that stuff.

quote:

“Brooke and I have been developing a relationship for almost four years now,” Summitt said

Since she followed him from Marquette, I wonder if this was going on before he got married.

That's what the word on the street is saying.

quote:

“I was talking to Ashley in class one day and she was saying ‘(Coach Tyler) is going to be really successful,’” said Pumroy. “‘He’s going to win. What if we went with him?’

"Coach Tyler" instead of "coach summit"..I'm reaching a little here but that's weird. It's easier after the fact I guess.

You say Coach Summit, you think his mom. That plus him being like 3 years older than them, I could see him telling people to call him coach Tyler.
