I always say the only reason that Jason Herzog isn't the worst active UFC referee working is because Dan Miragliotta exists.

There's some speculation that they don't want early stoppages because there's a new $25,000 finishing bonus under the new Paramount deal.

Another thing that happened--Niko Price got knocked out standing up. It was wild, the momentum of the hits worked out in such a way that he stayed standing, but his eyes were closed. Fight got stopped with him out against the cage, standing.
