Yes I'm right about on track..

8 weeks ago I was 190.

Training and mild diet and I dropped to 180 in 4 weeks.

Two weeks later I was 177ish.

Then the last two weeks of really strict diet and I got to around 172-173.

The reason I was 175 yesterday was because I was over hydrated

So, fight time, I will be around 172. And i'm going to try to stay around 180 at the heaviest after this fight, which should not be hard at all

How weak are you at 156? Almost to the point of needing someone to help you up the stairs to weigh in? Do you get horrible headaches being that dehydrated?

We're all pulling for you, whip his arse.

No not at all... I do it right. There was a time when I didn't know how to cut properly, and I would feel terrible.

But now I'm in good spirits at weigh ins. Bouncing around having fun joking and shut.

I've said for each of my two fights at 155 in the UFC, that at 155, on weight, without rehydrating, I think I could go one round hard.

Which is pretty good considering I still have 24 hours to rehydrate rest up. And believe me, though I feel fine at 156 stepping on the scale, I feel literally a hundred times better then that when I am warming up in the back before fight

Hope it is a quick exciting KO that gets shown on the live broadcast, buy a ticket, or wait a few days and pay for it on UFC.com.

Ate some grilled chicken skewers, unseasoned, cooked baby carrots, aspergus stalks, and broccolli florets.

Mike Pyle came and chilled with us while we ate

How long do you stay and hang out in town after the fights? Does the UFC give you a night or two in the hotel after the fight or what?

Woke up, layered up and threw the sauna suit on. Hit the treadmill and ran 1 mike at 7mph, then walked for 25 minutes.

Came back and weighed at 163
