Mike Conley is done for the year for Memphis so that helps GS.

That's not how this works. Grizzlies have been injured since the all-star break, one week they only had 8 players eligible to play, yet they have still managed to maintain their seeding.

Memphis won't win another game unless teams sit multiple plauyers. This is a team try to "maintain their seeding" who has lost to the Lakers, Nuggets, Magic, Wolves, etc in the last couple weeks. If you're GSW and you beat them both times, well chances are you get to play them in Rd1. This current MEM roster would be the worst team to ever appear in an NBA playoffs.

The 5th worst overall Minnesota team won last night and almost won earlier last month. Do I expect Memphis to even come close to winning, no. But I don't expect it to be a 100% guarantee win considering GS have lost a good bit of games to sub 500 teams all year.

You also said Memphis would go winless yet they just beat Chicago who are also free-falling, who beat Houston, Indiana, and Utah in their last few games.

You've been saying this whole drop in seeding for the past week or two, yet they've kept their 5th seeding quite some time. They more than likely will swap with Portland, but Dallas-Utah-Houston won't have the easiest time to jump them. Memphis has it nice being that GS may end up sitting if they beat SAS x2 and LAC will start sitting as they're locked in at 4.

Dud there's no comparison talent wise between the team that Memphis is putting on the court today v the team Minnesota is putting on the court today. If Memphis played with this roster for a whole season they would be last in the west. They have 3 NBA rotation players on the whole roster. Randolph, Barnes, and Allen and 2 of those guys are total crap.

well if you so confident CC don't jump em how about we go double or nothing on that 20$ you gonna owe me when CC make the playoffs?

Dude if Memphis wins one they will be lucky. The team they put out there would be the worst team in the west. They have 3 at most guys who should be in an NBA rotation and they are Barnes Randolph Allen ie garbage.

I guess the blowout win last night was lucky. Just stop Boom, Houston isn't jumping to the 5th or 6th seed. Just keep praying they at least get in the playoffs.

I read this and sadly it sounds true

quote:

Warriors are finally learning the moral of the story about the tortoise and the hare. The Warriors have sprinted towards a piece of history (regular season record), but have worn themselves out and will now struggle to win the actual race for another title.

The Spurs, on the other hand, have paced themselves all season, methodically building momentum as they head towards the playoffs, and will enter the postseason in much better shape to bring home another trophy.

Draymond saying he's bored of 82 games after losing last night, guarantee donkey from shrek doesnt say that if they win. The warriors are a great team but pops been resting guys all year long, not caring one bit about anything, spurs couldve won 72 games too, but he knows the bigger picture is the title

Did anyone watch the Minn-GS game? It looks like the officiating played a role in that one.

Golden State had 29 personal foul calls? Minnesota only 15? Come on man.

Golden State had 8 FT attempts,

Minnesota had 36??????

What? The starters for the Warriors hardly played in any 4th quarters leading up to the all-star break. And multiple players have sat out games for rest. Draymond's just a bitch. All is well that ends well. Spurs in 6.

For what? There's no reason for Houston to make the playoffs. The Spurs will embarrass them, the Thunder, the Warriors will embarrass them. They could look competitive against the Clippers, MAYBE beat Portland, Dallas, Memphis (without Gasol of course).

I dont see any reason to make the playoffs. Just get the pick a few slots above it.

I see. Shocked me when I saw he was averaging 10.5 points on 37% shooting. I thought he was a better scorer than that.

I guess when you only watch Lebron you kind of lack perspective.

They don't deserve to make it and probably won't. But for Boom's sake they better make it....

Minnesota had some BAD calls against them down the stretch, but GS got 2 and1's in OT.

Minnesota attacked the rim a lot more while GS kept settling for jumpers.

Considering how you wouldn't take the winless bet, I would pass

I'll consider it, depends on how much I wanna rob you out of this one.
