Make the goalies play in wheel chairs. Soccer doesn't need any changes except tweeking the diving penalties. The NFL has been since the 1960's making the sport more offensive and it pisses me off. Ask Deacon Jones about the outlawing of the head slap. That is where it all started. Put the QB's in dresses and all will be good.

i wish people just dove like i do. if you get hit and you're gonna fall or frick up, you can go down and make it look really legit. then you just get up when the ref blows the whistle and start smiling at the frickers on the other team. not hard

I really hate soccer. I'll be glad when all this is over.

Boring, boring game, that poor countries love.

United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Japan, China, South Korea, Brazil (rising economic force) are obviously impoverished countries.

all goals shot from outside the penalty area are worth two points. That way a team trailing 2-0 in the 86 minute could nail a long goal and tie it up.

It's definitely an internationally popular sport. I just don't get into it, and IMO I think it's boring. To each his own, though.

I like baseball, and can totally understand where othere people could say baseball is boring. It is at times, but I still like it. I don't get defensive about the sport of baseball, because I understand where critics of baseball are coming from.

Have some way like a pinball machine where at certain times you can have more than one ball in play.

Coach Bob Bradley: Soccer can be improved - Punish the floppers!

"I hate to see players act like they’ve been hit and get away with it,” Bradley said Thursday in advance of the Americans’ game against Ghana on Saturday.
“I would be ashamed if I was the one doing it.”

Bradley has watched too many players getting lightly bumped only to drop like a sniper just blasted them for him to remain silent.

Kindly please clean up this board of your brainfart pal. Succintly explained before your eyes, and you had the ignorant gall to post that shite after having supposedly read it.

So, does this mean he's looking in the stands when our beloved Jozy flops?

Red card any player that tries to dive. The sport will improve a hundred fold if they implement that rule.

We do too. We only get defensive when someone attacks the sport, as you did in an above post. Sure, we want y'all to like the game, but I'll let you like your tennis, golf, and baseball without offering my ways to improve them, and y'all can do the same for us.

P.S.: To all of the "If Lebron played soccer, he'd be awesome" people. No, he wouldn't. Look at GAM, Emile Heskey, and Peter Crouch.

But the argument gets weaker when you add starving third world nations like Sweden, Denmark, Holland, Belgium and Italy to the list.
