Winning 2/3 games with 2 on the road isn't nearly as difficult as coming back from 3-1 regardless of home advantage.
They can lose Game 2, and split the next 2 in OKC and still be fine. If they go up 3-1 then they got in the bag.
It's just a weird way of putting it

Curry being nicked up doesn't help against the most athletic PG in the league
honestly the warriors probably need bogut out there more
he affects russ at the rim

But to think they'll be bigger favorites then than before the start of the series is ridiculous. Especially when OKC has already won a road game

And there is no PG left that can stick with Westbrook.
Can you name even 3 PG's in the NBA that can guard Westbrook? There aren't that many good defensive point guards baw

So a series being 2-2 doesn't show that both teams are capable of winning it?
Likely, not even close.

but don't the thunder want bigs on the floor to keep this away from hardcore small ball? the thunder's bigs as a unit are great and they crush teams on the glass.
bogut playing more to combat westbrook might still be good for the thunder

2-2 with all home wins is not the same as 2-2 with home splits

Lol it's only ONE GAME. I love the overreaction on this board
A few weeks ago it was a Spurs sweep now we're talking OKC-Cavs finals matchup when they still have to beat the best team in NBA history 3 more times
Regardless, I'm so proud of this Thunder team. I've been waiting for this level of play by them ALL SEASON LONG

I get that. But you have too see how those first 4 games are played out. If OKC went 0-2 on the road getting beat by 15 a game and then squeak out 2 home wins I would totally get your point. But they already won a road game in which they were awful in the first half and KD was just off all game. But we have to see how these next 3 play out

Curry being nicked up doesn't really effect Westbrooks production bc Klay Thompson is his primary defender. Curry been on Waiters or whoever else their SG on the court at that time is.
People don't realize how hot Kyrie has been during the 1st 2 playoff series. He's pretty much outperforming Curry so far

No worries. Cavs haven't played much, everyone will be reminded tomorrow.

People like to shite on the East in general, but Atlanta played two good games in games three and four and couldn't pull out a win against Cleveland. This board is going to be surprised in the finals.

Just saw the highlights on SC.
Amazing that everybody in the media is saying the refs missed that traveling call.
Thompson bumps Westbrook with his shoulder, reaches for the ball, makes contact with his arm in an attempt to foul him, and that's why Westbrook was knocked off balance. It was a foul. It was not a travel.

I'm seeing GS coming out as +8.5
That seems a little off right
The GS Bandwagon is lit

I love that these plays keep happening. It's allowing that chip on OKC's shoulder stay firmly planted.

Atlanta is better than Portland and especially Houston. The Piston would easily have beat the Rockets that showed up in the playoffs and would be a great matchup v Portland. Cavs have destroyed similar competition, if not better, than what GS has played. What the Cavs are doing right now is definitely under the radar.
