john wall is quick and can handle the ball but will get destroyed by taller/stronger NBA PGs. add the fact that he isn't a great shooter and my my point is proven.

What? What? What?

I am a Memphis graduate who watched Rose and Evans live every home game and Wall is pretty damn special. He is NBA ready and will start for whatever team drafts him and will most likely win rookie of the year. He's "tall & strong" enough to compete with all the other PGs in the league.

it says wall is 6'4". i don't believe that shite.

Someone remembered to cook their crystal meth this morning aparently

Wall IS 6-4, 6-3 at the smallest...relatively strong for his size, and lightning fast

a friend of mine knows him pretty well, (was supposed to go to prom with him but not sure if they ended up goin) she probably knows if hes 6-4 or not

people arent questioning his size/skill level, theyre questioning his youth and vulnerablity to turnovers, trying to do much, ect ect

in case you forgot/hadnt seen this

I don't think that people are keeping their biases out of this discussion. A lot of people don't like Cousins because he comes off as, and may be, an immature hothead. However, Cousins not only has far and away more potential than Favors and Monroe, but he's already more NBA ready than both of them. You people putting him at the bottom of the list either don't know much about basketball and can't differentiate between the type of player that Cousins is and will be in the NBA, or you just haven't watched Cousins play enough.

I know basketball and have watched him alot

All three are young and have lots of potential...

I believe Monroe's versality makes him more likely to succeed in the NBA..less likely to be a flop

I think Favors is gonna be very solid in the NBA as well, maybe a safer pick

Cousins has lots of potential, and may end up being better than either of the other two...but he does have some attitude problems on the court, which puts him slightly behind the other two

And i think its more likely for a kentucky fan to show bias towards cousins than a non kentucky fan to show bias against him

Can't wait til CP3 plays Wall. Triple Double with ease. Points, Assists, Steals.

I can respect that. Like I said earlier, I know that Cousins has an attitude problem. If he wasn't a Cat I wouldn't like him. The elbows that he's thrown definitely rubbed me the wrong way, but I also feel like that unpredictableness (yeah, I made a new word) kind of works in his favor. He plays with a chip on his shoulder which can put him into early foul trouble, but if he can manage to not cross that line then he's the most dominating force in the tournament.

I think he's a big hit or miss pick

He could either be a force in the NBA, or he could be the next Eddy Curry or Kwame Brown like someone stated earlier

I dont necessarily like the guy, but i think its more likely he becomes a pretty damn good NBA player

Cousins based on sheer upside. Guy is an absolute monster and IMO the best player in CBB when his head is on straight.

If he plays in a game reffed by Steve Javy, I don't know if Monroe would last 5 minutes without getting tossed.

I don't think Favors is that tall, but he'd be my pick. He's been coming up big as the season's gone on, and I like what I see outta him as a post guy you could build an offense around.

I'd take Cousins if he didn't have the maturity issues.

Monroe would be ok if I had a low post guy to partner him with, but he's def. the 3rd choice.

Cousins reminds me of Darryl Dawkins. He has similar size and potential. Dawkins went straight to the NBA from high school, and it took him a few seasons to mature into a consistent player. Cousins has shown a tendency to lose focus during games. He will have to mature emotionally to become a more consistent player.

I think Cousins has the most potential of the three to become a dominant player, but he is also the one most likely to be a bust. So, I'd probably pass on him as an investment. From that perspective I'd go with Monroe.

I have almost the exact take Poodle.

Cousins..Huge Potential Upside/Maturity Issues/Potential Slacker/Overweight Bust, Interior Primarily..could become Oliver Miller Part Two?

Monroe..Smarts/Self-Motivated/Consistent/Lacks Risk/Medium Ranged Inside & Out Skills ala Carlos Boozer.

Comes down to the individual team and/or conference, as to which would want or need one over the other.
