It is frustrating and ridiculous that the team you set as a favorite doesn’t come up first on the list, but why would you scroll for minutes trying to find LSU instead of just typing in LSU in the search?

Didn't know about the search function.
Since you are logged in how about also including what is unlocked or locked for your account. For example, today's Nicholls vs LSU game, I cannot watch with my regular ESPN+ account, because you also need to log in with a cable/provider subscription.
So, since I ditched cable, I cannot watch it.
Streaming can be a hot mess or multiple logins and login codes.

If you’re watching a 30 for 30 or any other documentary it does not have a continue watching option. You have to start it over if you haven’t finished it and try to fast forward. That is almost impossible to do without it freezing up and lagging. It makes me madder than hell
