25) Trapped in the Closet (9x12)
The episode that led to Issac Hayes leaving the show. Only next to the 200/201, this episode is probably the most notorious to people who don't really keep up with the show. Like all South Park episodes, it tries to be honest with the audience on the subject they are dealing with, but this is one of those episodes where you can tell that the writers think that the people behind scientology are truly despicable and are really fricked in the head. Tom Cruise and John Travolta not coming out of the closet was hilarious, but found it really funny when R. Kelly goes in the closet with them.

with the happy forest friends just slayed me.
The first time they break out into "Blood orgy" I spit the beer I was drinking.
That was fantastic as well.
Also the first Christmas episode with Mr Hanky was incredible.

24) The New Terrance and Philip Movie Trailer (6x05)
This episode was just goofy and hilarious. It consists of the boys going from house to house so that they can watch the Terrance and Philip Movie Trailer, which is airing alongside The Russell Crowe show. The Russell Crowe part of the episode is where it is ridiculously funny and I would totally watch the show if it was real.

23) Proper Condom Use (5x07)
This is one of those episodes where you don't stop laughing from the very beginning to the very end. From the boys going out buying condoms, to Ms. Chokesondick and Mr. Mackey having sex, and Mr. Garrison teaching Kindergartners different sex positions.
Best Moment: Mr. Garrison teaches Kindergateners how to apply a condom

Not Without My Anus.
The Haiku "Time to kill Dr. Jeffrey O'Dwyer" gets me every time. Esp, the way Scott says it.

The Lord of the Rings
probably a fight between "The Return of the Fellowship of the Ring to the Two Towers" and "the losing edge" for my top two spots
Edit: "Cartoon Wars I & II" is first runner up to those two. They completely destroyed Family Guy in that saga. And the fight at the end, lulz.
Also, I'd like to say this show had some great Halloween eps....
and I'd like to bring up "taco, taco. Taco flavored kisses"

Damn, how did I leave those out. Cartoon Wars was great, I was always hoping Family Guy would retaliate somehow but Seth McFarlane doesn't seem to care too much. Best part is that South Park is making fun of themselves too.
And the Halloween ep where Korn is like Mystery Inc is awesome

Pinkeye is the perfect South Park episode, which is why it's number 1 on my list.
Is sharkboy ever gonna finish his top 25?

22) Something Walmart This Way Comes (8x09)
Walmart finally makes its way to South Park and hilarity ensues. Randy is the real star of this episode and goes to such desperate measures to get good methods in order to get the best bargains possible. I love it that the Walmart tries to stop them by lowering prices and as the building is coming down, Randy still has to buy the screwdriver set.
Best Moment: Randy puts his nipples up to the window

21) Christian Rock Hard (7x09)
I didn't really find the plot with Stan, Kyle, and Kenny that funny, but holy god Cartman's and Butters' plotline was hilarious. Cartman's songs on wanting to make love to Jesus was brilliant and shows really how shitty the songs are in Christian rock and how easy it is to make songs about loving Jesus. Love the end where Cartman burns all the album money to show off to Kyle for having a "platinum album". Butters last line of "frick you, Eric" was just gold.
Best Moment: The songs definitely. Also "I have never in my life done something just for the money. If I am lying may the Lord me down right now!" (Butters backs away)

20) The Red Badge of Gayness (3x14)
Cartman being General Robert E. Lee is without a doubt my favorite character that Cartman has played over the years. Also if you'll notice that after this episode, Cartman's accent was never the same again. Before this episode, Cartman was far more whinny of a character, while he isn't so much after it. This is also where I think South Park got better as a whole.
So the plot is that Cartman bets Stan and Kyle that the South will win the war, but Cartman is so stupid he doesn't realize that winning a civil war reenactment doesn't count as winning the war. So Cartman proceeds to get all the adults in the town drunk and they take the nation by storm.
Best Moment: General Cartman Lee's Letter to Mrs. McCormick

That would get my vote for most underrated episode. People were pretty indifferent to it when it aired, but I thought it was hysterical.
