So now they are bringing in H.I.V.E.? They sure are bringing in a bunch of different villainous organizations all in one season. Between the League of Assassins, Prof. Ivo's group, and now H.I.V.E, and throw in Vertigo, Deadshot, and Isabel; there is no shortage of villains to choose from, that's for sure.

I might have asked this already, but who is the guy in the Deathstroke mask? I am not a comic reader but from what I gather Slade is supposed to be the real Deathstroke. So who was the guy torturing Ollie on the island wearing the mask? I also thought that guy got killed by Slade on the island, so who was the one wearing the mask that was blowing things up in Starling City in the present time? From what I can tell Slade now that he is scarred will revert back to being the real Deathstroke and wear a mask.
From watching these two seasons it seemed like there were two or three separate individuals all who were Deathstroke at one point or another.

He was Slade's special forces partner. It was explained in season 1. They were sent to the island to stop the first bad guy leader on the island (I forget his name), and his partner betrayed him. Slade will be the true Deathstroke. Also keep in mind that in the comics that Deathstroke at times works for H.I.V.E.

Thought slade killed the guy in the mask. And if it was the guy from the boat how was he there after? Who was in starling city in that mask, slade?

The guy in the mask in the 1st season flashbacks was killed, He was Slade's partner, who ended up betraying Slade. Both Slade and his partner had the same mask because it was part of their special forces gear. The guy on the boat is Prof. Ivo, who is not associated with Slade or his partner (that we know of yet). It is a pretty safe assumption to think that Slade is the guy in Starling City since Slade is Deathstroke in the comics.

BTW...I can't wait to see how the introduce Nightwing into this show. I always thought he could have a good tv story arc, if you could maneuver the whole Batman thing well enough.

If only they had kept the original Sarah Lance actress from the pilot, she was smoking!

Ra's al Ghul's youngest daughter is coming to Arrow. Katrina Law has been cast as Nyssa al Ghul (aka Nyssa Raatko). She is the half-sister of Talia al Ghul.
