Callister and Hang the DJ

They were the best of the season's offering.

I watched Hang the DJ trying to figure out where I had seen the lead male character before and finally realized he was a Peaky Blinder.

He made a rash decision Originally. If anything his wife was selfious and didn’t respect him or his well being. Too some exact what she did was bad for their kid.

Liked crocodile and metalhead, the others felt sub par.

You must like horror films those were the two most horror like. I'm just the opposite those were my two least favorite but to be fair I'm not a fan of horror movies.

Crocodile, I think, is titled that way because of the way a croc kills you, latching on and slowly pulling you under. Just a guess. That episode is a slow motion train crash. Every scene leads to the next.

Did anyone hear the dad say he lived for 2000 years they didn't expand on that at all. Or did I hear that wrong?

I took that as just him exaggerating that he was an old man. I don't think there was anything more to it.

Just finished first episode. I was freaking anxious and that’s the great part about it. Black mirror as someone said does not guarantee happy endings. So I truly had no idea how it was going to end. Thrilling all the way through

This episode actually worried me when I watched the previews before it aired because it looked too campy for black mirror. Boy was I wrong well played Black Mirror one of the best shows out there right now.

Spoilers

No, it was a simulation. It used their consciousness (similar to the woman in the teddy bear and the John hamm episode) to run scenarios on the dating app. In 998 out of 1000 cases, trial runs, they escaped the simulation together by deciding that they wanted to rebel against the system that said they weren't meant to be together.
